We believe your data belongs to you. Here's exactly what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
ContentOS collects only what we need to provide you with the service. We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
Account Information. When you sign in via magic link, we collect your email address. This is the only piece of identity information required to access ContentOS.
Content You Create. Ideas, content titles, hooks, tags, pipeline entries, calendar events, and posting schedules you create within the app are stored in our database linked to your account.
Usage Data. We may collect anonymised product analytics such as which features are used most frequently. This data is aggregated and never tied to individual identifiable records beyond your account ID.
Growth Data. Follower counts you manually log in the Growth Tracker are stored locally in your browser and may also sync to our servers depending on your account settings.

ContentOS is built on Supabase, which provides enterprise-grade database security with row-level security (RLS) policies. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit using TLS 1.2+.
Access to your data is strictly limited to your authenticated account. We employ least-privilege access controls and regularly review permissions. Our team members cannot access your content without explicit authorisation.
Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We never store raw card numbers.
ContentOS uses a small number of trusted third-party services to function. Each is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements:

ContentOS uses browser local storage to persist your session token, growth tracker history, and posting schedule preferences. These are stored on your device only.
We use strictly necessary session cookies for authentication. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. You may clear your browser's local storage at any time without losing data stored in your cloud account.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

We retain your account data and content for as long as your subscription is active. If your subscription lapses, we retain your data for 90 days to allow for reactivation. After 90 days of inactivity, data is permanently deleted.
If you explicitly request account deletion, we will delete your data within 14 business days. Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics may be retained indefinitely.
ContentOS is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of ContentOS after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ContentOS, a software-as-a-service platform for content creators ("Service"). By accessing or using ContentOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and ContentOS ("we," "us," or "our").
You must be at least 13 years of age to use ContentOS. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Access to ContentOS is gated to active paying subscribers. Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your magic link emails and any active sessions. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
We reserve the right to refuse access or suspend accounts at our discretion, with or without cause, subject to any applicable refund obligations.
ContentOS is a paid subscription service. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate and frequency disclosed at the time of purchase.
If your payment fails, we will retry up to three times over 7 days before suspending access. You will be notified by email at each stage.
You agree to use ContentOS only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or store within ContentOS — including ideas, hooks, titles, scripts, and any other creative work ("Your Content").
By using the Service, you grant ContentOS a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide you with the Service. We do not claim any ownership over Your Content.
ContentOS, its branding, interface, and underlying technology are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
ContentOS includes AI-powered features such as hook generation, powered by third-party large language model providers. By using these features, you acknowledge:
We will never use your creative inputs to train AI models without your explicit consent.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. ContentOS may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We will endeavour to notify users in advance of scheduled maintenance. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from service downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ContentOS and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and requesting account deletion. We will delete your data within 14 business days of such a request.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material violations of these Terms, including but not limited to: fraudulent activity, abuse of the Service, or violations of our Acceptable Use policy.
Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ContentOS is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction. You agree to personal jurisdiction in that location.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email. Your continued use of ContentOS after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cancel your subscription before the effective date.
